Shipping policy
We ship fragrance raw materials, aroma chemicals, and accessories directly from our central warehouse in Poland - within Poland and to selected countries across the European Union.
Processing Times
- Standard orders (items in stock): dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation (business days, Monday-Friday, excluding Polish public holidays).
- Special orders (on request): processed and handed over to the courier within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- In rare cases of restocks, processing may take up to 5 business days, which will be indicated on the product page.
Shipping Within Poland
Once your order is complete, the parcel is packed and handed over to the courier. Delivery time depends on the carrier you choose, the type of shipment, and the delivery address. It usually takes up to 2 business days. If you choose delivery to an InPost Paczkomat® locker, the parcel will arrive in your chosen locker within a few (usually up to 2) business days of dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation at the e-mail address you provided when placing the order.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery method you choose (prices in PLN, online payment / bank transfer):

The total order fulfilment time consists of the time needed to prepare the product for dispatch (stated on the product page) and the delivery time. For products in stock, fulfilment (including delivery) usually takes 2-5 business days. Fulfilment may take longer during promotional campaigns.
Shipping to Other EU Countries
All international shipments are tracked and dispatched via reputable road courier services (DPD / DHL).
- Standard EU Courier Delivery: Flat rate of €8.90 (or local currency equivalent).
- Free Delivery Threshold: Available on orders over €70.00.

- Central Europe (Germany, Czechia, Austria, Slovakia): 2-4 business days.
- Western & Southern Europe (France, Benelux, Italy, Spain): 3-5 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.
Packaging & Safe Transit
All aroma chemicals and liquids are securely packaged in durable, leak-proof containers and cushioned with protective filling to prevent damage during transit. Please inspect the parcel upon delivery. If the outer box is visibly damaged or leaking, please report it to the courier and contact us at info@esencya.pl.
