Linalool

Linalool is a naturally occurring terpene alcohol with a fresh, floral-citrus scent. It is found in lavender, coriander and bergamot, among others. Its aroma is light, clean and delicately sweet - it brings a feeling of freshness and softness to compositions. A key ingredient of many floral and citrus bouquets, it also gives a natural tone to green and woody notes. Linalool often acts as a heart ingredient, linking fresh top notes with a deeper base.
